Microplastics - an invisible danger.

“The Earth is more than 4.54 billion years old and has created a lot of creatures. Humans are the most intelligent creatures on earth, but we destroy the marvelous earth within a few hundred years.”

MORE THAN 200 MILLION TONNES OF PLASTIC WASTE FLOAT IN THE SEA AND 13 MILLION TONNES OF MARINE LITTER ARE ADDED EVERY YEAR.

The plastic waste floating in the water is mechanically decomposed by the influence of light and wave action, among other things. These small solid and water-insoluble plastic particles less than 5 mm in size are known as microplastics.

Microplastic particles enter the bodies of marine animals through ingestion and can also be absorbed into the human organism through consumption.

Birds, fish, marine animals and the microcosm perish as a result. The oceans are also important for the survival of humankind.

IF THE OCEANS DIE, PEOPLE DIE TOO!

The formula is very simple. If we want to survive, we must immediately stop the littering and poisoning of the oceans and clean them up.

In the year 1972, researchers found plastic parts in the stomachs of fish and sounded the alarm. 50 years later, we have to realize that the issue, which is crucial for survival, has obviously not reached the responsible people, or has been ignored and continue to be ignored.

We need to turn the tide immediately and work out serious changes, which is why we want to work on the following problems:

Plastic waste in the oceans
Microplastics in the oceans
Rubbish
Chemicals
Drinking water shortage
Salinization due to brine input from seawater desalination plants
Climate change
