Plastic bags, PET bottles, lighters, cigarette butts, disposable razors and others. Unfortunately, the colorful plastic parts are far too often mistaken for food. The animals suffocate, suffer fatal blockages or starve to death with their bellies full.<\/p>

It is estimated that over 800 species of animals living in oceans or coastal areas are affected by plastic waste. This affects nearly half of marine mammal and seabird species.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
